6 week Mindfulness Course

This 6 week Mindfulness Course will start on Monday 2nd October and run each Monday at 7pm until 8.30pm, at The Garden Restaurant in Hale, Cheshire.

COURSE OVERVIEW
The course will introduce you to Mindfulness giving you techniques and skills which will encourage you to lead a more mindful way of life.

  • Learn skills , which will help you to be more present in your everyday life. 
  • Learn to Meditate and settle the mind
  • Learn to develop and experience the connection between body and mind
  • Develop the connection between thoughts, feelings and emotional control
  • Learn to recognise your thoughts and manage your emotions
  • Be able to use practical techniques in everyday life to improve your happiness levels
  • Practical tools to integrate Mindfulness into everyday life.

Sheila French (Edd) is a mindfulness trainer. She has developed a mindfulness course to fit into your busy everyday life.  She is the founder of TrainMyMind and has a postgraduate diploma in mindfulness from Aberdeen university, she  is a fully qualified teacher trainer in Mindfulness .  She is also a Dr. of Education and has over 20 years of teaching and training experience.
