A 25G PORTION OF CHIA SEEDS CONTAINS APPROXIMATELY 9G OF FIBRE. THE DAILY RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF FIBRE IS 30G, SO INCLUDING A 25G PORTION OF CHIA SEEDS EACH DAY COULD BE A USEFUL CONTRIBUTION.
