For our Autumn Yoga challenge we will begin each weekday with an uplifting and energetic yoga practice 6.30am-7.30am.
On Saturdays you can join us for a 75 minute Yoga Flow at Astley Sports Village or alternatively practice at home using our self practice Yoga plan.
We hope that you’ll be able to join us for daily practice however if you need to miss a class for any reason, not to worry, you’ll have your home practice plan to work through at a time that suits you.
This challenge is designed to enable you to create new habits and to build yourself a healthier and happier life!

• Every Monday – Friday (6.30-7.30am) at Inhale Yoga, WA15 9NZ
• Weekend home yoga plan
• Saturday (9.30-10.45am) at Astley Sports Village, SK16 5BL Sunday (Rest Day/ home practice)
• Post yoga breakfast (Breakfast Jar & Hot Tonic) from The Garden, Hale included Tuesday & Thursday
• Option to join for week 1, 2 or 3 £45 per week
