FEBRUARY WEEK INTENSIVE

19th – 25th February 2018

Our Week Intensive is a great way to reset your body and mind. Join us for a week of Yoga, empowering yourself to live a healthier and happier life!

We will begin each weekday with an uplifting and energetic Yoga practice, 6.30am-7.30am. Saturday we will take a well deserved rest day. Sunday evening 6.30-7.30pm you can join us to stretch and release tension at our Sports Yoga class. Our Week Intensive is open to all levels and complete beginners are welcome to join us!
