1 HOUR 30 class (SPLIT IN TWO PARTS)
PART 1 – Bodyweight Bootcamp in the park
A fun, all over body workout that will raise your heart rate, release endorphins (happy hormones) speed your metabolism up! Group personal training suitable for all levels of fitness.
PART 2 – Love your body/mindfulness discussion
Held at The Garden with a Juice and Bliss Ball included!
There is a maximum of 6 per course so this discussion will be intimate and the group can get to know each other whilst supporting each other in the journey towards a healthier body and mind!
£25 per person per session (£150 for the entire course)
