OUR 8 WEEK TRANSFORMATIONAL PROGRAMME TO CREATE EPIC CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE
This course will run over an 8-week period in January and February and will create momentum for some positive changes in your life.
~ During the four x 2 hour workshops we will step you through a process of self discovery and share tips, tricks and tools to help you to create change in your life to become the best version of yourself possible.
~ Each participant will receive an inspirational programme guide to complete through the workshops and have as an ongoing referral source.
~ Take away activities will be suggested to continue the momentum at home – including guided meditations, reflection activities, additional resources (books, podcasts, videos).
~ £120 for the four workshops (inc healthy drinks and snacks) and full course material. £50 down payment to reserve your place and then the remaining balance payable by January 2nd.
MODULE 1: VALUES
Uncovering the foundation of you; who you are and what is really important in your life. By defining your personal core values, you’ll create your own internal guidance system and start to make decisions that align to your heart; leaving you feeling more content, fulfilled, and satisfied with life.
Wednesday 10th January
MODULE 2: AWARENESS
Developing a greater sense of awareness of your thoughts and feelings without becoming obsessed or controlled by them. Using mindfulness techniques you’ll learn to focus more on the present, not ruminating about the past or worrying about the future which will enable you to create deeper connections and become more engaged in life.
Wednesday 24th January
MODULE 3: VISION
Creating a vision for your happiest, healthiest and most vibrant life. We’ll provoke thought to inspire you to identify your purpose and passion and create a roadmap for what you want to achieve across all life domains.
Wednesday 7th February
MODULE 4: MANIFEST
We’ll work through goal setting techniques that ensure that your goals become a reality. We’ll use practical tools paired with visualisation techniques that appeal to the subconscious mind paired. We will also focus on creating rituals and habits that are essential in manifesting your dream life.
Wednesday 21st February
TYPICAL WORKSHOP FORMAT

|8:15pm||Summary of actions and key takeouts. Finish feeling smug!|

• Course booklet summarising the concepts discussed in each workshop with room for note making to allow you to revisit some of the exercises and continue to strengthen your mind and vision at home.
• A new network of a like minded tribe who can encourage you implement your new tools on an ongoing basis.
