This is the first of the Mindful Matters event series that will run monthly in 2019 covering a range of ‘mindful matters’ from mental health to zero waste, mindful eating to vision boards and motherhood!  With a panel of special guests and industry professionals each time – refreshments from The Garden will also be included.

In our very first Mindful Matters evening, we are opening up the conversation on mental health.

With two special guests sharing their personal journey, expert advice from psychologist Dr Hannah Cullen and eating your way to a calm and centered mind with Nutritional Therapist Rosie Tadman.
