Join us for our Restorative Yoga Master Class to unwind and find inner peace. No previous Yoga experience is required. This restorative yoga practice will help you relax and restore balance in your body and mind. We will gently flow through restorative yoga postures and enjoy yin stretches, allowing you to release tension from your body. Our practice together will help you to calm your mind. We will finish with a restful yoga nidra (deep relaxation) leaving you feeling blissfully balanced. After our practice we will float over to The Garden for a sociable meal.
