We are delighted to announce our Warrior Women Workshop “Nourish Your Body” specifically aimed at providing you with a more positive relationship with food, a guide to supplements and an overview of how to care for your gut in order to create a life in which you perform at your very best.
We aim to rid you of the overwhelm and provide you with a clear, focused approach to healthy eating.
This topic is close to our hearts, having had our own struggles in the past with body image, skin issues and digestive worries due to a lack of knoweldge surrounding nutrition and paying attention to our bodies warning signs.
Good nutrition really does create health in all areas of your life.
Join us at The Garden in Hale for an evening of knowledge, raw bakes and healthy tonics surrounded by likeminded ladies on a mission to be the best version of themselves!
