An evening of empowering women to live authentically towards their health and wellness goals.
We will be delving into nutrition, fitness and mindset.

The session is about allowing yourself the time to gain clarity on what you really want from life. You will connect with others and more importantly, yourself, while gathering with like minded women over some delicious juice shots and raw bakes.
The evening will start with an introduction to Zoe and Virginia, their backgrounds and journeys so far and why they are extremely passionate about empowering women to become the best version of themselves. You will get a clear insight nto nutrition, breaking it down and eliminating any confusion or mixed information. As well as this, you will go through a mini mindset session where you will gain an insight into how to create the life that you REALLY desire through goal-setting and vision evaluation. Let Virginia and Zoe guide you also through fitness do’s & don’ts and how to make sure that you continue to be motivated even when life throws a few curve balls your way.
All you need to bring is yourself, a pen and a notepad!
