Get More by Doing Less – A note from Anna
I am really looking forward to being a part of this amazing event, focusing on something we all struggle with – slowing down! As women we tend to put ourselves last. We run around, working to reach the end of our (never ending) to do list, making sure everyone around us is happy and because of this, often not considering our own needs. What’s the rush? This fast paced life can end up causing us a great deal of stress, and when stress becomes chronic, our health can begin to suffer.
Learn how you can make some small changes to your lifestyle which could make a huge difference to your overall health. Discover the benefits of taking it slow, managing stress and prioritising quality sleep. Often, when we change our habits, we could actually get more out of our day. I can’t wait to share this event with a lovely, likeminded group of women, working to change our mindset, slow down and give ourselves permission to relax! – Hope to see you there!
Who is Anna Whyte?
Anna is a Health Coach, a supportive wellness mentor who can help you to take control of your own health and feel your best by guiding you to make any diet and lifestyle choices that suit your individual needs. As well as promoting a healthy diet, as a holistic health coach, Anna considers the other areas of your life that may play a part in your overall health (eg. stress levels / sleep quality) and supports you to manage these areas more effectively, working to balance out those imbalances and enliven the happiest and healthiest version of you.
Anna provides clients with the tools they need to make sustainable changes and the motivation to start their new health journey, discussing how you can eat real, nourishing food, exercise mindfully and prioritise time to relax. What Anna provides isn’t a diet; it is a holistic approach to a healthier life.
Woman Rising Events 2020
The Woman Rising series of events aim to help women tap into their divine feminine and the woman power that resides in each and every one of us. The aim is for each woman to get to know and understand themselves intimately and cultivate a deep inner knowing which will help serve themselves, their family, friends, partners, children, colleagues and beyond, for the better. I strongly believe that we should belong to ourselves first and foremost and that there is so much we can uncover with the right guidance and nurturing. I absolutely can’t wait for you all to meet these truly inspiring, transformational women – get ready for a huge shift in your understanding of yourselves and the world around you.
